This was a problem because if I moved my cursor to as far right as possible to grab the scroll bar to scroll up and down then I would have to move the cursor slightly to the left. This software fixed that problem for me. When I take a screenshot by pressing the print screen button in Windows 10, the size of the resulting image is 1920 x 1080px. I limited my cursor movement area with this software to 1278px wide by 1080px tall; this fixed the problem, for the rightmost pixel column became inaccessible.
