Maybe youtube-comment-dl couldn't download all of the comments because there were so many. yt-comments-dl (or whatever it was called) may have created file 3mbBbFH9fAg.csv; if yt-comment-dl didn't or couldn't complete the file, then the text of the file was never posted to any website by me. It was probably not the case that I got the file from a website that creates a file containing all of the comments of a requested YouTube video and lets you download it.
