honestly, saying you can stereotype but not pass laws based on a heuristic or average is silly. It's not that far removed from citing disparate impact but with more litigating the motive of a law. And the fact that laws exist to deal with certain demographics all the time (from red-lining to his own nation's anti-disc laws to prevent civil unrest) makes it absurd. Literally the 'in' progressives always use, he just thinks it will work out in real life the way it does in his head
