If we look at various clips of the video, there are subtle hints of the civil rights issues in America. Look at the name of the dumpster where he's been 'thrown away' in. It's called rainbow disposal. White is not part of the rainbow. At 1:28 you may think that this is a funny scene, adding some kind of sexual humor to it, but one can't help but feel like he's being frisked by whites, specifically the white male take such pleasure in it. The scene where all the children are running away, you might just think its kids who have scared by this guy wearing a mask, when really it's a comment on how children are being raised to fear. In the beginning of the film 0:14, a white male is so frightened that a black male is walking in his neighborhood he nearly has a heart attack. This is a brilliant video and artistic as well.

+Joey Hamsterguy keep in mind when someone has modified a body part in order to be in costume we must always look to the modification and ignore any exposed body parts that have nothing to do with the costume. In this case the head is the modification and the hands are an exposed imperfection. And you are correct it isn't a standard brown, but it's not without its brownish hue.
So in consideration with the scattered stereotypes and slight reddish-brownish coloring I can still firmly believe my stupid joke theory, however it's not my place to force you to believe it too.
